If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
- We can replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org
- Let us know within 30 calendar days from the date you received it.
- Send us your order number and photo of your damaged cap at email@example.com so we can ship a replacement for you as soon as possible.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Your item must be in the original packaging.
- Your item needs to have a receipt or proof of purchase.
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order the item(s) can be returned within 30 days of delivery of your order for a refund or exchange. Return shipping will be covered by customers and all refunds related products will be issued within 7 business days, not including holidays or weekends of receipt of returned products, provided the product is in a new and unused condition.
